Overall Expectation:

Provide technical support to our 2nd shift team through downtime troubleshooting, Preventative Maintenance tasks, and continuous improvement projects. Our goal is to provide safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing processes that allow our teams to deliver customer products on time, with zero defects, and utilize the most cost effective methods.

• Support production teams with excellent service, responsiveness, and a positive attitude.
• Implement corrective actions and effectively communicate updates with all affected team members.
• Utilize time management skills and action item lists to prioritize and address multiple requests.
• Ensure processes meet technical requirements including quality and safety.
• Collaborate with production support teams to drive improvements in the operation.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to effectively root cause machine problems and implement short-term and long-term corrective actions.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated desire to learn and grow through both formal and on-the-job training.
• Three or more years of experience in industrial machine maintenance. (Preferred)
• Experience in light fabrication, basic machining, welding, mechanical repair, fluid power, electrical controls, and machine sensors. (Preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude with an ability to read machine drawings and control schematics. (Preferred)
