REFERENCES: Must provide at least 2 professional references from previous employers/supervisors/managers for work history relating to childcare and or education. Friends and family will not be considered. Your references must be able to speak on your behalf ASAP because these positions need to be filled quickly.
RESUME: Provide detailed information about the children you have cared for including city and state, family surname or name of organization, number of children, ages of children when work commenced, month/year work began and ended, and all duties. HOURS: 40 hours per week guaranteed with additional hours as needed. Monday - Friday between 7 AM to 5 PM. Schedule will vary at times.
JOB DETAILS: Seeking a childcare professional with experience caring for young infants and toddlers. This would be the perfect position for someone who wants to fully transition into being a career Nanny from having worked in a daycare or academic setting. In addition to performing typical nanny duties, the right person for the job will track all daily activities and complete ongoing, required training, and communicate with agency and family regularly, to ensure the best care possible. This is a long-term position with guaranteed hours. All Nannies are hired as W2 employees and taxes are withheld.
Further, Nanny will be required to submit weekly progress reports and follow a curriculum pertaining to emotional intelligence as instructed by the agency. As such, this person will need to have adequate cognitive, verbal, written and computer skills.
BACKGROUND CHECK: Must be willing to undergo a background test and register with the Department of Social Services.
