Job Description
What You'll Do
  • Financial Analysis– Analyze financial information and statements. Accurately calculates debt service, projections, and financial ratios. Accurately interprets numbers and communicates analytical conclusions.
  • Work Review - Manage due dates and expectations to allow time for work to be reviewed before final submission.
  • Liaise with Relationship Managers and clients (when possible) to observe and develop sales and marketing skills.
  • Takes initiative and demonstrates sufficient follow-up. Formulates and articulates questions to Lenders for discussion purposes.
  • Additional duties commensurate with the role/title as assigned.
Who You Are
  • Someone who has excellent critical thinking, analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills
  • The ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, and collaborative work environment
  • A strong work ethic, a commitment to clients, employees and the communities we serve
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word required
  • Demonstrated interested in financial services or banking through previous coursework, extracurricular involvement, or work/internship experience to be given additional consideration
  • To be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with an expected graduation date between December 2022 and June 2023
