Tampa Catholic is seeking a Science Instructor for 2023-24 school year. Content area would include Integrated Science and Chemistry. Experience and familiarity with Understanding by Design and classroom technology integration (Canvas, 1:1 iPad) would be an advantage. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to teach in a collaborative team environment. Interested applicants should hold or be eligible for a teaching certificate in the State of Florida.Tampa Catholic offers a 4-year college preparatory program that serves a diverse student body, both Catholic and non-Catholic. Tampa Catholic offer college preparatory, honors and dual enrollment courses of studies, TC offers the Advanced Placement program and an academic assistance program. Tampa Catholic students consistently score above state and national averages on the SAT and ACT with 99% of graduates continuing on to college or university.
This position begins on August 1, 2023. This position is contingent on the successful completion of Level II background screening.
