Location: 5041 W. 2400 S Suite 500. West Valley City, Utah 8412

As an assembler on Tovala’s food production team, you will be involved in our food preparation and packing operations. This includes portioning and packaging our food products. Additionally, you will prep our packaging inventory and perform duties on our packing line to assemble our meals for shipping to customers.

DAY TO DAY:

• Portioning veggies, grains, spices, and sauces, into small plastic bags of corresponding containers

• Inspecting product for quality

• Making small cardboard boxes

• Packing products into boxes

• Insulating shipping boxes

• Labeling finished products for shipping

• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

• Working with the team to meet daily production goals!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Assemblers will be required to have a Utah Food Handler's Permit
• Ability to work overtime, and/or off-shifts (early mornings, evenings, weekends, or overnights) when needed is a plus.
• Able to lift, push, or pull up to twenty-five (25) pounds
• Able to stand, bend, lift and move intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours
• English language skills a plus
• Comfortable working in cold temperature environments in warehouse, and cooler

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Signing bonus
