Job Title: Locker Room Attendant
Department: Locker Room Operations
Reports To: Locker Room Manager
Supervises: N/A
FLSA: Non-Exempt
Job Function
This team member is responsible for service to members and guests while utilizing the Locker Room facilities.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Strive to achieve the MVCC Vision & Mission each day.
· Conduct yourself in a manner that represents all of the MVCC core values.
· Provide exceptional service to members and guests and ensure that member satisfaction standards are consistently attained.
· Responsible for Food & Beverage service to members and guests.
· Responsible for caring for member footwear, amenities in the club’s locker room wet areas and assist members with locker rentals.
· Ensure inventory and other supplies are stocked each shift.
· Routine maintenance of spa equipment and ensuring all facilities are in compliance with Health code regulations.
· Maintain order and cleanliness throughout facilities, including fitness area.
Knowledge & Abilities
· Strong oral communication skills
· Professional, positive personality
· Ability to work both independently, with minimal supervision, and in a team environment
· Ability to use Point of Sale F&B software program
Physical Requirements
Sitting: 0 hours Standing: 8 hours Climbing: 2 hours Talking: 8 hours Lifting: 50 lbs
Equipment: Cleaning Equipment, Golf Cart, Computer, Fitness Equipment
Education & Experience
· High School diploma or Equivalent
· 3-5 years Food & Beverage service experience
Licenses & Other Requirements
· TABC Certification
· City of Fort Worth Food Handlers Certificate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $22.00 per hour
