Firstsource Advantage LLC in now hiring for Account Resolution Specialist for our newest client- one of the top credit card issuers in the United States.

The Account Resolution Specialist will contact customers to analyze customer needs, negotiate payment arrangements, and offer payment solutions and alternatives.

Position Details:

• The pay rate is $18/hr during training, once you graduate training your hourly rate will increase to $20/hr
• Training starts June 5th, 2023
• $500 sign on bonus after training
• Training is 4 weeks M-F 8-4:30, after training the schedule is flexible but will fall between 8am-8pm M-F. NO WEEKENDS!
• In office position in a great location- 205 Bryant Woods South Amherst, NY 14228

Requirements:

• 3 years of previous work experience in a customer service, collections or sales setting with a strong track record of customer engagement and satisfaction
• Consistent, stable work history
• Basic computer skills, strong typing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills with a strong attention to detail
• Diligent and self motivated with a positive and professional attitude
• High school diploma or GED
