GROUNDSKEEPER / PORTER

• Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
• Compensation: $14.50 per hour, pays every Thursday
• Weekly Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm
• Expected Start date: Immediately

Responsibilities:

• Maintain overall cleanliness and presentation of the community, including curb appeal, trash pick up, cleaning common areas and sweeping
• Mow grassy areas using push or power mower
• Trim and edge around walks, flower beds and walls, using clippers, weed cutters and edging tools
• Spread mulch around flower beds and shrubs
• Perform trash-outs on vacated apartments, removing all trash and furniture left behind
• Assist maintenance tech as needed

Skills:

• Groundskeeping, janitorial or related experience preferred
• Able to stand extended periods and lift at least 35 pounds
• Ability to maintain a friendly, professional attitude with prospects and residents
• Must pass criminal background check
