- Current New York State Certification in Social Studies Grades 7-12; experience teaching at the High School level preferred; must have knowledge of the NYS Social Studies standards;
- Willingness to expand and develop both knowledge and subject matter to improve student learning;
- Ability to collaborate with other staff, parents, students, and administration,
- Flexibility in completing daily tasks;
- Experience in the use of technology, communications, and information systems to support student learning.
